Our maintenance plans are ideal for property owners, businesses, and clients with ongoing electrical needs who want priority service and predictable costs.

Do you take one-time service calls?

Yes. We provide one-time services based on availability. Emergency calls are a speciality of ours, our team is trained to get in and out as fast as possible while maintaining a high level of quality of service.

What types of properties do you work with?

All clients are welcome. Keep in mind, maintenance members recieve priority scheduling, faster respone times, and additional  service benefits.

How does priority response work?

Emergency calls are handled as soon as possible. Subscribers have an option of arrival within 72 hours for less urgent matters and an option for emergency aarival within 24 hours.
